Given the fact that there is no Joint Venture between Countrywide (BPTP) and ERA being awarded/confered/recognised by DTCP
Given the fact that the license has since expired and not being renewed by DTCP
Given the fact that a ERA and Countrywide (BPTP) are in court, pertaining to check bouncing
Given the fact that the BBA is Illegal as the license mentioned therein being the basis of the agreement, is not in favour or ERA
Given the fact that the defacto ownership of ERA in under the direct/indirect influence of a 4 time sitting "Bahubali" Congress MP "Avtaar Singh Bhadana" and his family members/relatives
Larger question is
"What happens if BPTP on its will, or in confluence with ERA, files an affidavit in court similar to that filed by Ex Triveni Management in response to ownership claims by ZION (Zion was purportedly sold FSI by Triveni)??"

I doubt that even after paying all dues, escalation, arm twisting etc ERA will be able to deliver the project anytime soon.
Buyers have but only two options.. Sell off and move on or COME OUT IN DROVES on the streets . Court option, may not help in securing flats as BBA is Illegal, unless constitutional rights are pressed and the office of DTCP is made responsible for dereliction of duty.
